The room with 2 queen size beds was fantastic and the bed was very comfy. the location was convenient, just a 10-15 minutes' walk from a Santa Fe NM art gallery.

The room was spaciously great.

The breakfast is not something I would like to recommend. I want a breakfast with meat, not a waffle that I have to make.

All the rooms are impeccably clean and huge with 2 queen beds and the staff are affable.

The room we were given was clean and modern, featuring two comfortable queen-size beds, and the location was convenient, near restaurants, shops, and the DeVargas Center.

Breakfast was the best we got on our 3 week trip (different hotel/motel every night).

This is my experience. I had a three day business trip & stayed because of the cheap rate & location, but - the a/c unit was loud & noisy & sounded like a diesel truck when it started up - made for bad sleeping. Had to remind front desk each morning breakfast bar was lacking items. No cash change at front desk all Sunday afternoon & night; finally walked next door to Hoilday Inn. Owner was too busy Monday morning counting out the cash drawer to acknowledge I wanted to talk to him. Unless you are desperate, I would not stay there - your go cheap & get cheap.

Convenient location! This place is right by a mall, a bus stop, and a restaurant 🚏. It's super handy to have everything close by for easy access.

STaff was friendly and helpful, priced was right.

This place is soon in need of some tlc, pool area and carpets a little well used. Rooms were up to standard and clean, maid staff works hard. Continental breakfast like all the other places with waffles and pastries. Would be nice to see some fruit at these places with the breakfast. This one at least had Yogurt.

Carpets were dirty, and the door locks were broken, and the breakfast was the pits, coffee pot was broken, ironing board was broken, safe was broken, so why did i not like it ?? its a dump but the room was clean i will not stay again...

The queen room here came with climate control and a TV, and its central location near downtown made it convenient to visit Shona Sol.

Primarily, the friendly, helpful and courteous front desk staff, Pedro and Yuliana. The pool was also very nice. And the location was convenient enough for the things we wanted to do in our too-brief stay, especially given the very reasonable price. Easy to get to the Plaza area, especially with the helpful directions from Pedro, and even easier for getting on our way to Albuquerque the following day. And the room was comfortable and clean.

I was a little unhappy that our non-smoking room had a smoking room right across the hall, but there was no intrusive smoke noticeable, even by my very fussy sister (the "friend" in the category I had to choose above since "other" was not an option.) So this is definitely not a complaint, just a comment. Also, there were problems with our key cards, but again the staff was very courteous in resolving the situation. If we are in Santa Fe again we would be quite likely to stay there again.

The pool was great. It seemed recently renovated. Clean and appropriate for my family.

Room was dated. Many stains on carpet. Stayed two nights for $240 (Thurs/Fri). Stayed in a much nicer resort on Sat for less money. Would stay at hotel again if rates were lower...

This hotel is a great option for staying in Santa Fe. the location is ideal for accessing stores and not far from the mall. the staff is super friendly and welcoming.

I had a real problem regarding the back door key card reader. It obviously has been beat up some time ago and doesn't work often. I had to walk thru the rain to get into the hotel. Should have been replaced long ago.
